01Overview
You can delete your GirlX account at any time by sending us an email request. Deletion is permanent — your profile, matches, and chats cannot be recovered afterwards.
02Request deletion by email
To delete your account, send us an email request:
To: support.girlx@connectivalabs.com
Subject: GirlX Account Deletion Request
Include: the phone number and email address registered with your GirlX account.
We will verify the request (we may send an OTP to the registered number where possible) and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming to you when done.
03What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, photos, bio, date of birth, community selections;
- Your matches, likes, and chat messages;
- Secret Vault contents and privacy settings;
- Device identifiers and usage history linked to your account.
Deletion from live systems completes within 30 days; encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
04What we may keep
- Purchase records — kept for tax and accounting law compliance;
- Records of safety violations and related identifiers — kept to prevent banned users from returning and to protect the community;
- Fully anonymised data that can no longer identify you.
05Before you delete
Premium subscriber? Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — Google Play / App Store will keep charging you. Cancel the subscription first — see our Payment & Cancellation policy for steps.
- Save anything you want to keep (photos, chat content) — it cannot be recovered later.
- Your conversations disappear for your matches too.
