These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile and web applications, and services provided by Connectiva Labs ("we", "us", "our") — together, the "Services". Please read them carefully.

01Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Individual apps may have additional terms shown inside the app; those apply alongside these Terms.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

03Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@connectivalabs.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• You can delete your account at any time — see our Delete Account page.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation while using the Services;
• Post or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that harms minors in any way (see our Child Safety & CSAE policy);
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• Attempt to hack, probe, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Services without our written permission;
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without a separate agreement with us.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

05Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in our apps. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you post.

06Intellectual property

The Services — including code, designs, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Connectiva Labs or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.

07Purchases & subscriptions

Some Services offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Prices, billing cycles, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Payment & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms. Purchases made through app stores are also subject to that store's terms.

08Third-party services

The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party services (for example payment gateways, maps, or sign-in providers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

09Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connectiva Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a Service (with reasonable notice where practicable). Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive termination.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give notice in the app or by email before the new Terms take effect. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
