This Privacy Policy explains how Connectiva Labs ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website, our mobile and web applications, and our services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

01Who we are

Connectiva Labs is an app development studio based in India. We build and operate different kinds of mobile and web applications, and provide product design, development, cloud, and maintenance services. This policy applies to all apps and services we publish under the Connectiva Labs name, unless a specific app provides its own privacy policy.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you create an account or sign in with Google or another provider.
• Content — messages, posts, files, or other content you create inside our apps.
• Payment details — when you make a purchase, payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Google Play Billing or Razorpay). We receive transaction confirmations but never your full card number or banking credentials.
• Communications — emails and support requests you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — device model, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and how you interact with app features.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address, used for analytics and regional content. We collect precise location only when an app feature needs it and you grant permission.
• Identifiers — cookies on our website and advertising or installation identifiers in our apps, subject to your device settings.

03How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• To create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• To process purchases, subscriptions, and refunds;
• To send service messages, such as receipts, security alerts, and support replies;
• To understand usage patterns and fix crashes and bugs;
• To keep the Services safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

04Sharing & third parties

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Services — for example Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting), cloud storage providers, and payment processors. They may process data only to provide services to us.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• A successor entity if we go through a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

05Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account (see our Delete Account page), we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and residual copies in backups that are purged within 90 days.

06Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and least-privilege practices for our team. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.

07Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@connectivalabs.com and we will delete it promptly. Please also see our Child Safety & CSAE policy.

08Your rights & choices

• Access and correction — you can view and edit most profile data in the app, or ask us for a copy of your data.
• Deletion — you can delete your account from within the app or by following the steps on our Delete Account page.
• Permissions — you can withdraw device permissions (camera, location, notifications) at any time in your device settings.
• Marketing — you can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (such as data portability or the right to object). Write to us and we will honour applicable requests within 30 days.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
